We found this to be a really friendly little town - even the school children said good morning when they passed us in the street. There are plenty of trendy cafes and eating places on the main street - we found the prices to be fairly reasonable. The local IGA supermarket has a wall dedicated to locally produced goods and wine from the area. I really like this idea as I want to support local industry when visiting places in the country.
I am very keen to return to Yarrawonga for another holiday - very relaxing.
