SUPing at Black Head - Back Beach

This is a great spot for Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUPing) and can be accessed by following Main Road Black Head past the Bowling Club.  It is a popular place for visitors and locals wanting to head out for an early morning walk. The beach is accessible for 4WD vehicles (I think you are required to obtain a permit form the local council), and there are plenty of car parking areas along the road to unpack the board and walk to the water.

Unlike beaches in Sydney you will often only see a couple of other people surfing or SUPing in the early mornings - a beautiful spot
