Please note the Safari Chef can not be used onto a gas cylinder, due to the Gas Association Regulations.

For roasting in the Safari Chef simply place roast into a aluminum foil tray or roast dish, set the the Safari Chef up with bbq top, heat diffuser and drip pan. Place lid on top and set bbq to medium to high heat. Your delicious roast should be done in approx. 1hr 40 minutes.
